How do I prepare for an InBody Test?

How It Works

1 | Purchase a Plan through FITNESS SF
FITNESS SF staff will guide you through signup and account creation.

2 | Get Tested
Activate your test and schedule a blood draw at a lab near you.

3 | Take Action
Review your results and recommendations. If you have a FITNESS SF Trainer, you can collaborate with them to set an Action Plan.

4 | Follow Through
Stay committed to your Action Plan. After 3 to 6 months, retest to measure your progress.

2 | Open the InBody App & tap the QR Code icon
Scan QR code located on the Top Menu & confirm information.

3 | Step on InBody
Align your feet with the foot electrodes.

4 | Grab the handles
Place your thumbs on the oval electrodes.

5 | Get into the proper position
Keep your arms straight & away from your body at a 45-degree angle while holding the handles. Keep still & maintain posture until completed.

Why take your Blood Pressure?

If your blood pressure is too high, it can cause health issues. The only way to know your blood pressure is to measure it. With the touch of a button, members can self-test using either arm. Precise readings help you identify potential health risks.
