Proof of Vaccination
Valid forms of COVID-19 vaccination proof include:
Original, copy or picture of your CDC vaccination card
Documentation from a healthcare provider
Personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California or by an approved private company

When proof is provided in-gym, we will review but will not make or store a copy of the vaccination card. When proof is uploaded through our App or Member Portal, a secure copy of the vaccination card will be stored and reviewed by FITNESS SF for verification purposes but will be deleted after our verification is complete.

We've implemented heightened cleaning measures to ensure the health and well-being of our employees and members. We are disinfecting equipment more frequently, increased sanitation stations to provide easier access to sanitation products and using technology to improve our overall cleaning, sanitation and disinfection strategy. Building upon FITNESS SF’s already recognized high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness, we've taken them to the next level with the following products and technology.
EPA Approved Disinfectants
ECOLAB - Multi-surface cleaner and disinfectant. EPA registration number 1677-238BETCO-PH7Q Neutral pH disinfectant, detergent, and deodorant. EPA registration number 47371-131
Electrostatic Sprayer
Victory VP200ES Professional Handheld Sprayer to disinfect all surfaces daily.
Hand Sanitizer + Increased Sanitation Stations
ENVIROTECH BAC Stop 3A - 70% Ethanol Alcohol
Complies with CDC requirements for an effective hand sanitizer.
Taking advantage of the size of our facilities, we are optimizing space to allow for physical distancing in accordance with the federal, state, and local guidelines.
Gym Capacity + Access
• Using our Reservation System through our mobile app/web portal, we will limit the number of members in the gym based on federal, state, and local government regulations.
• Touchless Check-In
• We will limit the number of participants for group fitness classes based on the size of the studio.
Community Spaces
• Plexiglass screens will be used at service desks and face coverings will be required for employees.
• Tables and Chairs in the lounges/cafes will be adjusted to provide seat to seat distancing.
• We will limit the number of participants for group fitness classes based on the size of the studio.
• Signage/Floor Markers will be near the front desk and where lines naturally form to guide members, such as Entrances/Front Desk areas and outside group studios.
With a combined effort from our members and employees, our facilities will adhere to the strictest standards on cleanliness and sanitation. We will have strategically-placed signage throughout the facilities that everyone must adhere to. We will communicate new procedures via email and our website, www.fitnesssf.com as well as our social media pages.
Digital Reservation System
Members will be asked to book a reservation in advance using our New Mobile App or Member Portal.
Digital Health Check Questionnaire
Members and guests will be asked to complete a mandatory Health Declaration before each visit to confirm they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, nor have they come in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms.
Kogniz Camera System
New Health Camera Systems with high-capacity automated temperature monitoring for everyone entering the facility.
Contactless Check-in + Purchases
Contactless check-in using the Mobile App will eliminate the need to scan your physical keycard at check-in. Members will also be able to make contactless purchases.
• Anyone entering the gyms must answer a Health Declaration.
• Temperatures will be checked upon arrival using our high-capacity automated temperature monitoring camera system called Kogniz.
• Plexiglass protective shields are added to our front desks.
• Face Coverings are required for anyone entering the facility.
• Entrances and Exits may vary at different locations.
Locker rooms allow members to have convenient self care before and after their workouts. It has always been a focal point of our cleaning protocols and we will continue to have heightened cleaning and disinfecting throughout the day with EPA-registered, virus-killing disinfectants.
• Do not bring any personal belongings into the gyms such as gym bags, clothes, food etc.
• Lockers will be available but limited.
• Showers will be available but limited.
• Towel service may be provided subject to local guidelines. May vary by location.
• Sauna and Steam Room will not be available for use.
• Equipment will be marked for physical distancing.
• Sanitation stations will be located throughout for easy access to hand sanitizer and sanitation wipes.
• Employees will be monitoring the gym floor to ensure all members and employees are following proper safety protocols.
• Members are expected to keep six feet distance from other individuals on the fitness floor.
Studios will be available for use to allow for more physical distancing. Group Classes will commence upon notice.
• Capacity in each studio will be defined by the square footage of the studio.
• Each studio will have sanitation stations for cleaning equipment, mats, and hand hygiene.
• Each studio will be sanitized after each class and disinfected each day.
• Physical distancing will be practiced using floor markers and signage.
We will continue to follow state and local guidelines to ensure your safety.
• Open swim and lessons will be added back consistent with state and local guidelines.
• Capacity restrictions will be implemented in all aquatics areas. One person per lane.
• Hourly sanitation of all high touch surfaces with registered, virus-killing disinfectant.
• New sanitation stations will be located within the locker rooms and pool deck.
