Stiff Guy Yoga

Advanced level yogis and beginner yogis can benefit equally from this yoga class.The instructor may employ yoga blocks, yoga straps, bolsters and blankets to facilitate flexibility.
H.I.I.T. HARD
This High Intensity Interval Training class burns fat and lots of calories while building strong muscles, bones, and tendons. This popular class utilizes body weight and resistance training in an aerobic setting to provide improved athletic capacity & conditioning.
Cardio Combat
This format was brought by Paul Hoyos from Lima, Peru. As a former member of the Peruvian National Karate team, Paul is a Pan-American Karate Champion. Cardio Combat maintains a continuous high energy cardio pace. Paul teaches authentic fight kick-punch combinations, derived from Muay Thai, Capoeira, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, and Karate. This workout is music driven. If you want to learn authentic fight form martial arts at a cardio pace, this is your class!
MODIFIED SCHEDULE
Effective Monday, March 16th all Group Exercise classes are suspended until April 15th. As the COVID-19 situation develops further, we will regularly review this decision and make every effort to resume classes as soon as possible.
