Latin Dance Essentials

Power Flow Yoga
This class invites you to use your breath to build strength & mobility. Expect to wake up your circulation with fast paced sun salutations. We will play with sequences that offer a creative and fun take on traditional yoga poses, with an emphasis on core work. We always end with delicious relaxation! Power Flow is appropriate for all levels of yogi and modifications are given for beginners and those with injuries! It is a fantastic companion to weight-lifting and heavy cardio. Try it on a rest day or after strength training.

Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art form rooted in African tradition. It is unique in the fact that it incorporates elements of martial arts, dance, music, rhythm and acrobatics into a dynamic game between two people. As an exercise, it engages muscle groups in a functional way that promotes agility, flexibility, strength and balance in different planes of motion.
